Diese 1-Raum-Wohnung besteht aus Flur, separatem Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschinenanschluss und einem großen Zimmer mit Kochecke (Singleküche: 2 Kochplatten, Spüle, Kühlschrank), welche durch eine Wand sichtbar abgetrennt ist.
An die gesamte Front schließt sich ein überdachter Balkon an, der somit 5m lang ist (ca. 1,50m breit) und somit zum Sitzen, Liegen und Sonnen einlädt.
Es gibt einen abschließbaren Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Westlichen Neustadt, unweit der Schwimmhalle und des Einkaufscenters, in dem es einen Aldi und Real gibt. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein Netto. Zur Straßenbahn laufe ich 5 Min., die in 13 Min. am Markt ist und alle 3 Minuten kommt :-)
Mit dem Fahrrad kann man auch wunderbar in 15 Min. durch die Natur zum Weinberg-, Heide- oder Brandbergcampus fahren.
Die Gegend ist ruhig und man wird durch keinerlei Lärm belästigt. Hat dafür auch noch einen 180Grad Rundumblick über die Heide.
Ich ziehe Ende April 2013 aus. Die Wohnung ist also ab 1.Mai 2013 frei!!! Meine Möbel nehme ich alle mit.
Für Besichtigungen könnt in der Woche abends oder am Wochenende vorbeikommen.
