Apartment
Subleasing my nice, fully furnished 1-room apartment with inside shower and pantry-kitchen.
Among other things, the apartment is equipped with a closet, a pull-out bed (70/ 140 incl. 2 mattresses), various shelves, a (writing) table with two chairs and a sofa incl, a coffee table.


Washing machines, dryers and bicycle storage are available for a fee. Otherwise, parking spaces for bicycles are also available in the courtyard.
The service charges include water, electricity and heating. You have to take care of cable TV and internet yourself.


Location
The apartment is very conveniently located.

In just a few minutes you can reach the S-Bahn/bus stop "Holstenstraße" as well as stores for daily needs (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery etc.). If you take 15 minutes of your time, you can easily walk to Sternschanze.

With the S-Bahn you can reach:
* Altona station in 3 minutes
* Sternschanze in 2 minutes
* Central station in 7 minutes

You can find parking spaces in the side streets around. After 19 o'clock the search can take longer.

Other
The apartment and the furniture are in a great condition (I am not there that often). However, any cosmetic repairs / renovations should be taken over by the next tenant when moving in.

A viewing appointment is possible by arrangement. Currently, of course, prefer remote by, WhatsApp or similar.

Wohnung
Ich suche eine/ einen Nachmieterin/ Nachmieter für mein schönes, voll möbliertes 1-Zimmer Apartment mit innenliegendem Duschbad und Pantry-Küche.

U.a. ist die Wohnung mit einem Kleiderschrank, einem ausziehbaren Bett (70/ 140 inkl. 2 Matratzen), diversen Regalen, einem (Schreib-)Tisch mit zwei Stühlen sowie einem Sofa inkl, einem Couchtisch ausgestattet.

Waschmaschinen, Trockner und Fahrradkeller kannst du gegen eine Gebühr nutzen. Ansonsten stehen für Fahrräder auch Stellplätze im Innenhof zur Verfügung.

In den Nebenkosten ist Wasser, Strom und Heizung enthalten. Um Kabel-TV, Internet musst du dich selbst kümmern.

Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen.

In nur wenigen Minuten erreichst du die S-Bahn/ Bus Haltestelle "Holstenstraße" sowie Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker etc.). Wenn du dir 15 Minuten Zeit nimmst, kannst du bequem zur Sternschanze spazieren.

Mit der S-Bahn erreichst du:
* Bahnhof Altona in 3 Minuten
* Sternschanze in 2 Minuten
* Hauptbahnhof in 7 Minuten

Parkgelegenheiten findest du in den Seitenstraßen rund herum. Ab 19 Uhr kann die Suche aber schon einmal länger dauern.

Sonstiges
Die Wohnung und die Möbel befinden sich in einem super Zustand (ich bin nicht so häufig da). Etwaige Schönheitsreparaturen/ Renovierungen sollten allerdings vom Nachmieter bei Einzug übernommen werden.

Ein Besichtigungstermin ist nach Absprache möglich. Aktuell natürlich gerne remote per, WhatsApp o.ä.

Da ich nur Hochkantaufnahmen der Wohnung habe und die hier übel beschnitten werden. Ich hoffe du erkennst darauf alles.
