I am hereby moving out of my apartment and looking for a new tenant to continue living there. The contract is until 30.09.2022 and is ideal if you don't have a place yet to settle completely in Hamburg. Everything is included in the price, there are no additional monthly costs. The apartment is located nearby the elevators but moreover, the stair well is just outside the door and is very convenient. It leads straight to the supermarket ;-)

I am the second lesser of the apartment and therefore it is still in a very good condition.

Included will also be a mattress topper which was purchased two months ago, from IKEA, worth 200 USD.
