Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für die Zeit in der ich im Ausland bin.
Die Wohnung hat ein Zimmer und eine seperate Küche. Das Bad ist typisch für Hamburg recht klein aber mit Badewanne ausgestattet. In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten (Strom, Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag)
Bis zur U-Bahn Burgstraße läuft man ca. 7-8 Minuten und zum Berliner Tor ca. 12 Minuten. Die U-Bahn Burgstraße ist nur 2 Haltestellen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und über Berliner Tor kommt man überall schnell hin.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es Aldi, Lidl und Penny in näherer Umgebung ansonsten ist direkt am Berliner Tor ein Real, bei dem man alles bekommt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Einbahnstraße und zum Parken findet man auch immer einen Platz.
Bitte nur Anfragen für den gesamten Zeitraum, da es aus dem Ausland schwierig ist einen Nachfolger zu finden.
