Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Wohnung für den Zeitraum vom 1. Februar zum 31. August unter, weil ich in dieser Zeit ein Auslandssemester machen werde.
Daher werde ich die Wohnung auch vollständig möbliert vermieten können. Zusätzlich zum hellen Wohnzimmer mit großen Balkon in Richtung ruhigen Hinterhof bietet die Wohnung eine große Wohnküche und ein modernes Bad. Auf Wunsch überlasse ich auch gerne für den Mietzeitraum alle wichtigen Kochuntensilien. Die Waschmaschine sowie persönlicher Stauraum befindet sich im Keller.
Die Wohnung ist Ideal für Austauschstudenten oder Frischzugezogene.

Since i'm going to take part in an student exchange programm, i'd like to rent my flat for the period from 1th February to 31th August. Therefore the flat will be furnished. It has a big living room with a nice and quiet balcony to the backyard. In addition the flat offers a spacious kitchen and a modern bathroom. Washing mashine and storage room can be found in the basement.
I think my flat is perfect for exchange students and people moving to Hamburg.

Es gibt sowohl gute Parkmöglichkeiten wie auch gute Anbindung an U- und S-Bahn und Busverbindungen. In 5 min ist man an der S-Bahn Friedrichsberg oder U-Bahn Straßburgerstraße. Es befinden sich außerdem zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in nächster Nähe (Edeka, Rewe, Wochenmarkt).
You'll find lots of parking lots around this area. You only have to walk for 5 min to get to the railway (U1 Straßburger Straße, S1 Friedrichsberg). There are lots of shopping facilities next to the flat.
