Ich bin derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Nachmieter für meine Wohnung hier in Hamburg.
Die 1-Zimmer Studenten-Wohnung ist in einem Studentenwohnheim (96Rooms) in Eilbek. Das Wohnheim wurde bis Oktober letzen Jahres renoviert. Daher ist alles neu und du bist der zweite Mieter. Das Zimmer an sich befindet sich im 2. OG hat viele Fenster und ist schön Hell. Ansonsten ist zu erwähnen, dass es ein rund um sorglos Paket ist . Alles ist in der Gesamtmiete von 550€ mit inbegriffen (auch Internet).
Ich muss sagen ich habe mich hier in der Wohnung wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und hätte mir für meine Zeit hier in Hamburg nichts besseres vorstellen können.
Die Lage ist super. Die U/S-Bahn Station Wandsbeker-Chaussee ist direkt vor der Haustür. Auch zum Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln hat man es nicht weit. Der Netto ist direkt im EG des Wohnheims und ein großer Edeka 100m weiter. Wer das Grüne sucht hat 2 min entfernt den Jacobipark.
