located in hamburg-eimsbüttel (zip 20255), not far away from "schanze" and "uke" universitäts krankenhaus.
close to subway station "lutterothstraße", this area is very popular with students und young professionals.
... big room ( 25 sqm) with balcony, and "semi-kitchen" ( fridge, oven, microwave, dishes, etc. without sink).
also in the room are table/chairs, tv/stereo, a shelf/wardrobe and a bed/couch ( 140x200 with good mattress ) fresh bed linen/clothes. the room has its own separate bathroom (not shared) across the corridor. please look at the scribble.jpg , this is apartment "1" . it's not a common/shared flat, only the corridor is shared area.
in apartment"2" is mostly a woman from berlin living, somtimes me (landlord).
rent per week € 100,- per day € 30,- ( both for one person ), wifi-internet, heating, elec-power and all other charges are including.
this apartment-1-room is perfect to start in hamburg during looking for a longtime flat/room or just to stay for one, two or three weeks.
