Ich suche einen Untermieter für meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist super eingrichtet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, TV, Internet), hat einen tollen goßen Balkon mit Blick aufs Grüne, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, Bushaltestelle ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß, Supermärkte sind vor der Tür, im Haus ist auch ein Fahrstuhl. Übrigens ist der Weg zum UKE nicht weit!
Ich werde beruflich außerhalb der Stadt sein, deshalb suche ich einen Untermieter ab März 2017. Notfalls würde auch April 2017 gehen. Die Dauer ist zunächst einmal auf 6 Monate festgesetzt, allerdings ist da etwas Spielraum. Wenn jemand einen oder zwei Monate länger bleiben möchte, kann man reden. evtl. auch, wenn jemand weniger Monate bleiben möchte.
