I am sadly leaving my beautiful studio flat in Eppendorf from 1st of June and am looking for a student to move on. It’s a cosy one room flat with bed, closet, large white desk and a couch. You have your own kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet etc. etc. The terms are really simple with the landlord: 2 months cancellation notice, stay as long or short as you want, rent is €400 flat with no other costs, and if something breaks they will fix it for you immediately.
PLESE NOTE: You MUST BE A STUDENT holding a valid student card! International or German student doesn’t matter, but you must hold a valid student card. Please don't reply to the ad if you don't have one.
€400 / month all included. High-speed wifi and all furniture left as they are, just for you to move in.
Eppendorf is a beautiful area with everything you need just around the corner. 3min on the u-bahn to Schanze, 15min on the bus to Altona, 18min to Haubtbahnhof. There are two Edeka just 5min from your flat, cafes, pubs and busses just around the corner.
