Die Wohnung ist eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem privaten Studentenwohnheim. Daher ist es ein Muß, dass Du Student/Azubi/Praktikant bist. Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Die Miete ist warm (alles inkl. Strom, Wasser, Internet).
Für die Anmietung einer Studentenwohnung benötigt die Hausverwalterin folgende Unterlagen von Ihnen:
• Ausgefüllte Mieterselbstauskunft
• Kopie der Immatrikulationsbescheinigung
• Kopie der letzten 3 Einkommensbescheinigungen (Bafög-Bescheid, Leistungsbescheid oder Einkommensbescheinigung vom Arbeitgeber)
• Kopie des Personalausweises
• Nachweis über eine Privathaftpflichtversicherung
Sollten Ihre Eltern bzw. ein Elternteil für Sie die Bürgschaft übernehmen, benötigen wir weiterhin folgende Unterlagen der Bürgen:
• Ausgefüllte Mieterselbstauskunft
• Kopie der letzten 3 Einkommensbescheinigungen
• Kopie des Personalausweises

The apartment is a 1-room apartment in a private student residence. Therefore it is a must that you are a student / azubi / intern. The apartment is furnished. The rent is warm (everything incl. electricity, water, internet).
In order to rent a student flat, the property manager needs the following documents from you:
- Completed tenant self-declaration
- Copy of the matriculation certificate
- Copy of the last 3 income certificates (Bafög-notice, benefit notice or income certificate from the employer)
- Copy of identity card
- Proof of private liability insurance
Should your parents or one of your parents take over the guarantee for you, we still need the following documents from the guarantors:
- Completed tenant self-declaration
- Copy of the last 3 income certificates
- Copy of identity card
Die Wohnung ist direkt neben der Haltestelle Farmsen (U1, Busse). Bis zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man ca. 20 Minuten mit der U1. In der Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte: Penny, Real, Rewe sowie Drogeriemärkte: Budni, Rossmann.
The apartment is right next to the station Farmsen (U1, buses). It takes about 20 minutes with the U1 to get to the main station. There are many supermarkets nearby: Penny, Real, Rewe and drugstores: Budni, Rossmann.
Die Wohnung ist frei ab Ende Dezember (früher auch möglich).
