Ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung (40 qm) in Barmbek

Da ich im Sommer nicht in Hamburg werde, biete ich meine süße 1-Zimmerwohnung (Nichtraucher) in Barmbek zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom Osterbekkanal und in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil. Zwei U- Bahn Stationen (Barmbek und Dehnaide) sind einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Die berühmte Fuhlsbüttler Straße ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung ist alt, aber gut und voll ausgestattet, sie ist am besten für eine Person, max. auch für ein Paar geeignet. Das große Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Bettcouch, 2 Schreibtische). In kleinen Küche und Bad ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Wohnung bietet unter anderem einen Smart-TV, ein Tisch-Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine, ein großen Doppelbett, einen kleinen Balkon und einen schnellen Internet-Anschluss an.
In der Gegend befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka), sowie Cafés, Restaurants und Bars (Fuhlsbüttler Straße, circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Stadtpark ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, die Uni innerhalb von 20 Minuten.
Die pauschale Warmmiete für einen Monat ist 650,- Euro inkl. NK wie Kabel, GEZ, Wasser und Strom. Die erste Miete und die Kaution sind bei Schlüsselübergabe sofort in Bar fällig.

Quiet 1-Room Apartment (40 qm) in Barmbek

Because I won´t be in Hamburg for the summer, I sublet my nice 1-Room Apartment in Barmbek (not for smokers). The apartment is near the Osterbekkanal, in a very quiet area. Two U-Bahn stations (Barmbek und Denhaide) are easily reachable by foot. The famous Fuhlsbüttler Straße is just 10 Minutes away on a walking distance. The apartment is old, but well and completely furnished; it is suitable for one person, max. 2 if you are a couple. The big room has everything (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 writing desks). In the small kitchen and bathroom there is everything you need. You can find a smart-Tv, a portable dishwasher, a washing machine, a big bed, a small balcony and a fast Internet connection too.
Near there are different supermarkets (Aldi, Rewe, Edeka), as well as cafés, bars and restaurants (in the Fuhlsbüttler Straße). You can reach with the bike the Stadtpark in 10 Minuten, the University in 20 Minutes.
The montly rent is 650 Euros all-inclusive (Internet, GEZ, water and electricity). The first rent and the caution should be paid cash by the hand-over of keys.
