_Very nice and cosy flat on the raised ground floor (mezzanine), just 6 steps from the ground floor.
_It offers an entrance, spacey living room, spacey bedroom, open kitchen and toilet.
_There are big and bright windows -facing south- in all the rooms. The toilet also has a window (which is very rare in Hamburg) -it just faces inside the building, not outside, but it’s perfect for the air flow-.
_I got inside this flat in February 2019, I was the first tenant after the renovation, so the apartment is completely new.

BUILDING DESCRIPTION
_The building itself is a masterpiece in this area as it is the typical old-style building in red bricks (Brick-Architecture, neo-Romanesque and Gothic, between 1885 and 1927).
_The building has a lovely courtyard, which separates the main door entrance from the main street, and so it’s far from the noise and dust etc. Anyway, the apartment is facing the opposite side, so the windows are facing south on the opposite side of the building :)
_Extremely polite and silent people in the whole building complex, most of them are young guys, very friendly.
