Mein name ist Kershwin und ich bin traurig, meine Wohnung nach fast 4 Jahren verlassen zu müssen, da ich im Oktober zu Studienzwecken nach Berlin ziehe. Zur Wohnung gehört eine eigene Pantry mit Spüle, Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, ausreichend Stauraum und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche. Außerdem gibt es im Keller Gemeinschaftswaschmaschinen und -trockner für alle. Auch Ihr Fahrrad können Sie sicher im Keller unterstellen. Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug, der alle Etagen bequem erreichbar macht. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straßenseite und ist besonders morgens bei aufgehender Sonne sehr hell. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist von außen kein Lärm zu hören.

Hey there my name is Kershwin and i am sad to leave my apartment after nearly 4 years as i am moving to Berlin in October for study purppses. About the apartment, it has it's own pantry with sink, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, sufficient storage space and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. There is also shared washing machines and dryers for everyone use in the basement. You can also store your bicycle safely in the basement. The building has an elevator which makes all floors easily accessible. The room is found on the road side, and it is very bright especially in the morning with the rising sun. When the windows are closed you cannot hear any noise from the outside.
VIVO Apartment ist hervorragend angebunden, der Bahnhof Hamburg-Harburg liegt unmittelbar vor der Tür. Mit Bus-, Regional- und Fernanbindung ist er einer der wichtigsten Bahnhöfe Hamburgs. Hier halten ICE, IC und Züge des Regionalverkehrs sowie die S-Bahn.
Es gibt alle 5 Minuten eine S-Bahn nach Hamburg, die Fahrt zum HbF dauert nur 13 Minuten.
Mit der Regionalbahn gelangen Sie in nur 10 Minuten ohne Zwischenhalt zum Hauptbahnhof.
Ansonsten gibt es einen Busbahnhof, von dem aus Sie alle 5 Minuten mit dem Bus zur TU Hamburg fahren können. Die Fahrtzeit beträgt nur 9 Minuten.
Für den Lebensmitteleinkauf ist die Phoenix Mall in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und dort gibt es REWE-Markt, Mc Donalds, C&A, H&M, Subway, MediaMarkt und nicht weit entfernt gibt es auch einen asiatischen und indischen Laden sowie Edeka oder Aldi Supermarkt. Zum Lidl-Supermarkt sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

VIVO Apartment is excellently connected, the Hamburg-Harburg train station is right in front of the door. With bus, regional and long-distance connections, it is one of the most important train stations in Hamburg. ICE, IC and regional trains as well as the S-Bahn stop here.
There is an S-Bahn to Hamburg every 5 minutes, the journey to Hamburg Main Train station takes only 13 minutes.
The regional train takes you to Hamburg main train station in just 10 minutes without stopping.
Otherwise there is a bus station from which you can take a bus to TU Hamburg every 5 minutes. The journey time is only 9 minutes.
For grocery shopping, the Phoenix Mall is a 5-minute walk away and there are REWE supermarket, Mc Donalds, C&A, H&M, Subway, MediaMarkt and not far away there is also an Asian and Indian store as well as Edeka or Aldi supermarkets. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Lidl supermarket.
