The apartment is on the 2nd floor, 30 m2, and very spacious in the bedroom and kitchen. The bathroom is a bit narrow. The apartment is looking into the courtyard and therefore very quiet. It also looks at the south so it is bright and the sun is always inside as long as there is a sun to see!

I am looking for a Nachmieter, a person who can take over the apartment with the furniture.

I would like to sell to the Nachmieter the washing machine (150 € - 2 years old), fridge (120 € - 4 years old), table and 3 chairs in the kitchen (30 €), the shelf with four stories (10 €), the shelf above the sink (10 €), carpet (15 €), accordion door (30 €), Lamps (15 €), cupboards and the hood (50 €) you see in the picture. The little kitchen devices are not included, like coffee machine, kitchen aid, etc. I can also leave some of my cutlery, dishes, pots, drying basket in case of demand.
In the bedroom, I would like to leave the bed (150 €), couch (30 €), wardrobe (20 €), desk (10 €), blinds (15 €), wall to wall carpet (50), coffee table (5 €), light on the ceiling (5 €), and the shelf on the wall (40 €). Only the dresser and the training device I am thinking of taking with me.
In the bathroom a little cupboard and a mirror (30 €) and in the hall, a cupboard (30 €), a coat rack (20 €), and another mirror (5 €). In total it makes over 1000 but I can make it 900 €. I am the first owner of the fridge and washing machine and have the invoices. I will recommend you to the house owner, and after they decide on you, you will have the apartment for an unlimited time. The most important thing for my recommendation is that this person takes the apartment furnished. The rent and the caution I put here is an estimation. Right now I pay for everything including rent, heating, water, electricity, building costs and internet 500 €.
Internet connection is very good and it includes a TV connection too (Vodafone GigaTV)(40 €).

There are two storage rooms, one in the basement one in the attic. They are bigger than the apartment in total.

It is an old building therefore in order to not disturb the neighbor downstairs you need to walk quietly. Nobody is living upstairs so you will not have that problem. Also, the building is very quiet.
