Schöne und zentrale Wohnung

Hallo:-)
Ich suche für meine geliebte Wohnung einen Untermieter.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Viertel und in einer super ruhigen Straße. Von dort aus ist es nicht weit zum Bus und zur Ubahn (5-10 Minuten). Mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Stationen an der Uni Hamburg.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Edeka und Rewe sowie viele leckere Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Reichweite sodass man schnell seine schweren Einkäufe nach Hause tragen kann.
Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in Küche, Bad und Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer. In der Küche sind alle Kochutensilien vorhanden und ist abgetrennt vom Schlafzimmer.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein 1.40m großes Bett, ein Regal, ein Schreibtisch, eine Schlafcouch und ein Esstisch. Das ganze Zimmer bietet alles zum lernen, chillen und für gemeinsame Abende mit Freunden.
Wenn ihr eine Bleibe in Hamburg sucht ist die Wohnung genau richtig.
Ein früherer/späterer Mietstart oder längerer Mietzeitraum kann nach Absprache möglich sein.

I am looking for a subtenant for my beloved flat.
The flat is in a very nice neighbourhood and in a super quiet street. From there, it is not far to the bus and the underground (5-10 minutes walk). The bus takes you to the University of Hamburg in just a few stops.
Supermarkets such as Penny, Edeka and Rewe as well as many delicious restaurants are nearby.
The flat contains a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom/living room. The kitchen has all cooking utensils and is separated from the bedroom.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
In the room there is a 1.40m bed, a shelf, a desk, a sofa bed and a dining table. The whole room offers everything you need to study, chill out and spend evenings with friends.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Hamburg, this is the flat for you.
An earlier/later start of the rental period or a longer rental period can be possible.
