Ich möchte meine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung zum 15.08. abgeben, da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehe.
Ich wohne hier seit einem Jahr, die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe der S-Bahn Bahrenfeld, die man aber nur hört, wenn das Fenster offen ist und der Wind "richtig" steht. Von dort ist es eine Station bis zum Bahnhof Altona, mit dem Fahrrad sind es 7 Minuten.
Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber es gibt alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was man braucht und die Anbindung mit den Linien S1 und S11 ist super.
Die Wohnung ist super hell, sie hat zwar nur ein Zimmer, aber eine große Küche mit Einbauküche und ein neues Badezimmer. Ich mag die Wohnung wirklich sehr gerne und ziehe ungern aus.

Die Hausverwaltung schließt einen Vertrag mit einem Kündigungsausschluss von zwei Jahren ab.
