Wir Untervermieten die Wohnung auf unbestimmte Zeit, weil wir ins Ausland ziehen und mindestens 3 Jahre dort bleiben.
Zusätzlich zu der Miete müsste noch Strom und WLan selber angemeldet werden.
Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst, dann melde dich und du kannst dir die Wohnung anschauen.
Bitte nur Nichtraucher und ohne Haustiere. Die Wohnung ist auch eine Singlewohnung, wo maximal der Partner mit einziehen kann. (Keine WG)
