ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit großem Balkon für zwei Monate (vom 1.12.2022 bis 30.01.2023) in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Wedel S Bahn unter. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und hat eine separate neue Einbauküche und Bad. Die Wohnung ist auch voll möbliert mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Arbeitstisch und Stuhl, usw.,
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Rissener Straße und ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 3 Minuten vom S Bahn Station Wedel (S1) entfernt. Von dort ist der Hamburg Hauptbahnhof in ca. 45 Minuten mit der S Bahn erreichbar.
Das Stadtzentrum von Wedel ist ebenfalls 500 Meter entfernt und kann in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden. Dort gibt es alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ALDI, LIDL, EDEKA, DM, ROSSMANN, FAMILA, Restaurants ...)
