1-room apartment next to the Alster

The flat is very well located, friendly neighbourhood, quite street, some meters walk to the Alster. Less than 10 minutes walk to Dammtor.
The building has 4 floors, 3 flats per floor, being 1 1-room apartment and 2 2-room apartments, most of them being rented for many years by the same person or couple.
Bathroom is with bathtub and has a nice cupboard with mirror which fits lots of things.
Aisle has a huge closet with 9 doors, shelves and hangers.
Kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, sink, cabinets and a new fridge.
Room is large and well lighted, having one of the 4 walls out of glass, where you find the door to the big balcony (to have a better idea of the size of the balcony: I did have 2 tables with chairs besides my plants and my clothes rack :D)
Washing machine is in the basement: one for the building and there you also find space for drying your clothes.
Stairs are clean and the building does have a great appearance (from inside, as well as from outside).
I've had a great time living here and I wish you the same!
You can lock your bike in the "bike room" which is easily accessed from the entrance, with no need to carry your bike through stairs.
