Hallo meine Lieben,
ich werde vom 06.04.13 bis zum 14.04.13 nicht zu Hause sein und möchte daher mein(e) Zimmer/Wohnung untervermieten.
Sachen, die ihr wissen solltet:
Es ist eine kleine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung.
Bad und Küche sind getrennt.
In dem Zimmer gib es ein Schlafofa, ein Minisofa und ein Schreibtisch. Bevor ich die Wohnung verlasse, werde ich sie komplett sauber machen. Ihr könnte euch so, wie zu Hause fühlen. Decken werde ich ebenfalls frisch beziehen.
Ansonsten ist es wie gesagt unfassbar zentral. Steindamm ist ebenfalls direkt nebenan, sodass man sich sofort Sachen zum Essen und Trinken besorgen kann. Obwohl die Wohnung sehr zentral ist, bekommt man nachts keinen Lärm mit.

Die Anlage befindet sich an der Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften. Von hier aus sind es 7 min zu fuß in die city und 5 an die Alster. Die U1 ist nicht ein Mal eine halbe Minute entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der Bahn 2 Minuten.
