We offer a 24 sqm, fully furnished and fully equipped separate apartment in Groß-Borstel near Eppendorf for an interim rental for at least 6 months. Exceptionally there is a time window of 6 free weeks! We only rent to individuals - not to couples. The bus that takes you to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn stops 3 minutes away from us. With us you have a separate staircase. The apartment consists of an anteroom with a spacious built-in closet, a shower room and a large room. It is equipped with a complete kitchenette with bar, has a corner for chilling and watching TV, one for working with a desk and a sleeping area with a comfortable, wide bed. Sliding curtains separate the sleeping area from the other areas. Bathroom and room are bright and friendly with a view of the green. You can park your bike in the shed. Our house has a large garden with a terrace, where we would like to chat with you and the neighbors or welcome the new year by the fire. We are communicative and interested in a good relationship with our tenants. We see them as an enrichment in our lives. We look forward to you!
For employees or interns from Lufthansa or Airbus, our house is comfortably within walking distance to work in the morning and for frequent flyers it is a short hop to the airport. The City-Nord can be reached quickly by bike or by bus. We live ideally for joggers or walkers - the Eppendorfer Moor borders directly on our settlement and the Alster is also easy to reach (also for paddling, rowing or pedal boating). There is a tennis club and a soccer field around the corner. The nearest fitness studio is 1.5 km away and there are 3-4 different studios in the area.
We are equally happy with male or female subtenants. However, our house has a "smoke-free zone". An absolute relationship of trust is particularly important to us. Since we travel frequently both professionally and privately, this is an important basis. Reliability and mutual support during absence are an absolute must when living under one roof.
We have a friendly relationship with a number of neighbors and are happy to help each other. Sometimes people sit around the fire in the evenings or have a barbecue together. The settlement has become younger and younger! The mutually enriching relationship between young and old creates a good and creative atmosphere.
We are a family interested in art and culture, we love good food, good wine and socializing.
