ich bin ca. 4 Wochen nicht in meiner Wohnung und sucher daher einen "zuverlässigen" Untermieter/in.
Bei Interesse mich einfach anschreiben.

Die Wohnung liegt schön auf St.Pauli an der Grenze zum Schanzenviertel.
Sie befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße und ist somit recht ruhig gelegen.
Ich weiß wie schwer es ist in Hamburg eine Wohnung zu finden.
Ich denke, gerade für Wohnungssuchende bietet es sich an mal 4 Wochen vor Ort zu sein.
Man bekommt einen guten Überblick und findet so am besten was einem zusagt.
Nach meiner Meinung ist es schier unmöglich dies rein über das Internet zu erreichen.
