Die Wohnung hat ein schönes, großes Schlafzimmer, eine große Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Sofa, einen Flur und ein kleines Bad. Ich vermiete die Wohnung möbliert, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Für eure Klamotten ist genug Stauraum vorhanden.
Im Herzen von St. Pauli, 5min Fußweg bis zur S Bahn, 3min zum Hafen und mehrere Supermärkte fußläufig zu erreichen.
Ich vermiete meine schöne und gemütliche Wohnung auf St. Pauli vom 16.07.20 bis Ende August 2020, evtl. auch noch einen Monat länger, da ich beruflich in Süddeutschland bin. Wenn du zuverlässig und interessiert bist, melde dich gerne und erzähle mir gerne schon etwas über dich.
Die Miete beläuft sich auf 700 Euro alles inklusive pro Monat, sprich für die 1 1/2 Monate 1050 Euro.
Wenn du Zimmerpflanzen magst und gut für meine Pflanzen in der Zeit Sorgen könntest, wäre das ein großer Pluspunkt :)
