Ich suche Nachmieter, weil ich ständig zur Arbeit nach Berlin ziehe. Ich wohne in Hamburg in einer Wohnung von ca. 56 qm, in Steilshoop, mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Der Preis für eine 500 € warme Miete und hat alles inklusive (Elektrizität, Wasser, Internet). Es ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung im zweiten Stock eines Hauses. All das ist üblich, der Eingang und die Treppe. Es hat eine Küche mit Mini-Backofen/Grill und Mikrowelle. Das Badezimmer ist auch recht geräumig und neu. Der erste Mieter, der ich war, ist eine brandneue Wohnung und der Besitzer ist sehr nett. Wenn Sie interessiert sind, sagen Sie mir, dass ich es arrangieren soll.

I am looking to rent my apartment in Hamburg, since I am moving permanently to Berlin. I live in Hamburg in an apartment of arround 56 square meters, in Steilshoop, with very good transportation. The price is 500€ warm, all inklusive (electricity, water, Internet). It is on the second floor of a house. You only share the entrance and the stairs. There is a kitchen with a mini oven/grill and microwave. The bathroom is also quite spacious and new. I was the first tenant, it is a brand new apartment and the owner is very kind.
