Studentenapartment in Hamburg

Hey, I am searching for a new tenant for my Studentapartment in the Uninest Hamburg Wandsbek from the 15.01.2020.

The apartment is furnished, including a bed, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair and different cupboards. The room has it's own kitchen and bathroom aswell as a television.
The flat is on the 1.st floor, but there are also lifts.

In the apartmenthouse you find community rooms, like a party basement and a room to study. There is also a laundry room, an underground car park and bicycle parking spaces for rent.

The rent is 699 Euro all inclusive, including the service charges and the wifi connection.

The Uninest team has an office in the house, which is manned during the day and also manages the mail during the week. There is also a caretaker team, which can be contacted in case of problems in the apartment.

The apartment house is located at the Wandsbeker Chaussee, close to the subway line U1 and the S-Bahn S1, with which the University of Hamburg can be reached in less than 20 minutes, the central station in 10 minutes.
There are also numerous shops, restaurants and supermarkets on Wandsbeker Chaussee.
