A spacious fully furnished one room apartment with 37 m². It is situated at 4th Floor in an apartment complex with an elevator, in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment consists of a combined living and bed room, a hallway, a bathroom, fitted kitchen with a big window and a spacious balcony.
There is a large window with a southeast direction which keeps the apartment bright throughout the day. Apartment is fully furnished with everything you need (kitchen utensils,furniture, washing machine, etc). So basically you only need to bring your suitcase.
Bus Lines are next to the apartment (ca. 2min) and U-Bahn can be reached within 5 mins via bus. Supermarkets (Rewe Center, Aldi) and gym (John Reed Fitness) in a radius of 300m. Eichtalpark is just 5 mins walk with a beautiful jogging track.
The apartment will be available for subletting for approximately the period 01/06/2022 to 31/08/2022.
Bus Lines 8 and 116 are within 2 mins walk from the apartment.
U3 and U1 can be reached via Bus Line 8 within 5 mins, Bus 8 is in 10 mins throughout the day and after every 5 mins during the peak working hours.

I am a computer scientist from Hamburg. Due to my work I will be traveling abroad, Therefore I am deciding to sublet my apartment for the period of three months. If you are interested please write an email with your brief introduction, and when you would like to move in and out. The apartment is ideal for a single person, but we can negotiate if you want to live as a couple.
The rent will be 680€ all-in per month, with a safety deposit of 600€. The rent includes all utilities along with 50 Mbps internet connection. I am offering my apartment on a subsidized rate because it is very important for me that you treat the belongings with care as if they are your own.
The rent for the first month and the deposit must be credited to the account before the start of the rental period or paid in cash. The rent for the following months must be transferred at the beginning of the month. The deposit will be returned within a month after the rental period if no damage has occurred. Smoking is not allowed within the apartment and no pets allowed.
You are welcome to use what is there in the apartment, but if you run out of groceries, it would be great if you refill it. My bike will also be available in the underground parking garage which can also be used for rides and for exploring the beautiful city of Hamburg.
