von Hamburg Harburg und TU HH ist es auch zirka 8 min mit der bahn.
Kosten in gesamt 415€/Monat und kein zusatlich oder andere kosten. Auch gibt es waschmaschine im Keller.
Gute Park moglichkeit. ausgestattet mit Aufzug und ist auf die erste Tage.

I am a mechanical engineer and I'd like my one room apartment for rent from 16.05.2016 till the end of october. The apartment is 32m2 approximate square feet.
The apartment is 32m2 and Bedroom size is approx. 24m2 . Is distributed so that there is bathroom and kitchen for this apartment.
The room has table, carpet, cupboards and shelves.
The room is really clean. Very close from Hamburg hbf about 10 minutes by train.
From Hamburg Harburg and TU HH, it is also about 8 minutes by train.
Costs in total € 415 and no additional costs for electricity. Also there are washing machine in the Basement.
Good parking possibility. Equipped with a elevator/lift and is on the first day.
