Für meine möblierte Einzimmerwohnung im WOODIE suche ich ab dem 01.05 einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Einbauküche und ein großzügiges Bad mit Dusche und Handtuchhalter. Erstbezug des WOODIE war im Oktober '17, sodass die Wohnung auch noch in sehr gutem Zustand ist. Im Haus sind zwei Waschküchen mit Trocknern und Waschmaschinen vorhanden. Unter dem Haus gibt es auch überwachte Stellplätze für Fahrräder.

In den Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung und Wasser) ist auch Internet enthalten.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen und spannenden Wilhelmsburg, von wo aus man in 8 Minuten mit der S-Bahn den Hauptbahnhof erreicht. Die S-Bahnstation ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss vom WOODIE entfernt. Direkt um die Ecke befinden sich ein Netto und ein Aldi und das Luna-Center für jeglichen weiteren Bedarf ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Dort gibt es Bäcker, einen Rossmann, eine Apotheke und viele weitere Geschäfte mit denen man sehr gut versorgt ist.

I am looking for a new tenant for my furnished studio apartment in the WOODIE from may 1st.
The apartment contains a kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The apartment is in a great condition as the building was only finished last year and I was the first tenant. You will be able to use washing machines and dryers contained inside the building. There are also safe spaces to park your bicycle.

The rent includes utilities (power, heat and water) as well as internet.

The apartment is located in the beautiful and exciting area of Wilhelmsburg. From there you will be able to reach the city center by public transport in 8 Minutes. You can reach the public transport within 3 minutes by foot from the apartment. There are two supermarkets just around the corner and more shops five minutes away on foot.
