Apartment Hamburg Wilhelmsburg, möbiliert

Hallo,

ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein Appartment in Wilhelmsburg ab dem 01.08.2019.
Das Appartment liegt im obersten Stockwerk (6. OG) und ganz im Eck. Es ist daher
recht ruhig, weil man nur wenige direkte Nachbarn hat. Die Fenster isolieren den Lärm von außen
ebenfalls sehr gut, da sie dreifach verglast sind.

Das Zimmer hat fünf Fenster, ist komplett möbiliert und besteht größtenteils aus Holz. Das Bad ist
recht groß und besitzt eine geräumige Dusche. Zum kochen gibt es eine kleine Kochnische mit zwei
Herdplatten, sowie eine bereitgestellte Mikrowelle.


Die Lage empfand ich immer als sehr schön. Direkt über der Straße befindet sich der Inselpark, in
dem es ein Schwimmbad gibt, eine Kletterhalle, einen Hochseilgarten, Beachvolleyballfelder,
Skatepark usw. Es ist sehr generell sehr grün und mit der SBahn ist man in 10 Minuten am
Hauptbahnhof.

Das Gebäude ist noch sehr jung (ca 2 Jahre). Es gibt zwei Gemeinschaftsräume und Waschmaschinen die
man sich mit anderen teilt. Ausserdem beherbergt das Woodie auch ein sehr schönes Cafe in dem es oft
Veranstaltungen gibt.

Hey,

I'm searching a subtenant for my apartment in Wilhelmsburg from August, 1 on. The room is on 6th
floor and on the edge of the building. Hence it is very quiet due to the lack of neigbours. The
windows are good isolated as well. Noise was never a problem for me.

The room has five windows, has a furniture which is made of wood, as are the walls. The bathroom has
a comfortable size and a big shower. For cooking purposes a kitchenette with two hot plates is
installed. Addtionally, a microwave is provided.

The area is really beautiful. On the opposite side of the building is a big park, where you can find
a swimming bath, climbing wall, high ropes course, beach volleyball fields, skating park and so on.
In general it is a very green area and you can be in 10 minutes at the main station by using public
transportation.

The builing is only about two years old. There are two common rooms and shared washing machines.
Furthermore there exists a very nice coffee at the building with nice events.
