My nice, fully furnished 1-room apartment with inside shower and an oven & dish washer in the kitchen is available for the summer!
All you need is in the apartment, including a fridge, a couch, a closet, a bed, a bar table, multiple chairs and utensils.
There are a nice garden and parking space for bicycles in the courtyard.
Location
The apartment is very conveniently located. The bus stop is right in front of the apartment. All stores for daily needs (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery etc.) are in walking distance. The famous street Mülenkampnd is around the corner and 5-10 minutes bike ride to Alster lake.
With the U-Bahn/Bus you can reach:
* Hauptbahnhof station in 15-20 minutes
* Landungsbrücken in 30 minutes
Other
There are tons of amazing cafes nearby the apartment. A famous swimming pool/Sauna is not far away either. The apartment and the furniture are in a great condition.
The rent includes all utilities.

Es gibt einen schönen Garten und einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Hof.

Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Alle Lebensmittel (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäckerei etc.) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die berühmte Straße Mülenkampnd ist um die Ecke und 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Alster.
