Die Wohnung ist ca 35m² groß und ist durch viele Fenster sehr hell. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die große Terasse, auf der man im Sommer gemütlich den Feierabend ausklingen lassen kann.
Ideal für TUI-Mitarbeiter- die Hauptzentrale ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, auch für Studenten der MHH ideale Lage, ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, 10 min bis zur Ubahnstation Roderbruchmarkt. Gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt (ca. 15 min)
Allerdings ist die Wohnung momentan farblich gestaltet, kann aber auf Wunsch wieder geweißt werden.
