Hi i am looking for a tenant but must be student

The contract will be for just one month as a short term contract the flat has almost every basic thing in it .
The floor is shared with another 9 flats .
And as said the flat is completely furnished so you probably won’t need to bring or add anything to it unless if you want to add a tv or any entertaining units.

15 meters to Steintur.
4 meters to the bus and subway stop.
2 meters to the supermarket (Penny).
