Schönes möbiliertes Zimmer im Fizz Hannover / Nice furnished room in Fizz Hannover

Ich suche einen nuen Untermieter für meine Wohnung im The Fizz Hannover ab 1 September (flexibles Datum) um ein Monat zu bleiben (mehr oder weniger, wir können natürlich darüber sprechen).
Es ist ein neues Wohnheim in der Nordstadt Hannover. Sie können mehr kennen in die website: https://www.the-fizz.com/
In der Nähe gibt es Supermarkt (Rewe), Apotheke und eine Straßenbahn Haltestelle (alle 2 minuten zum Fuß)

Die Wohnung ist 25 qm, liegt in der letzte Stock (6) und hat eigene Küche und Badezimmer. Die Küche hat Herd, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank und das Badezimmer hat eine gute Dushkabine von Glas.
Durch den Fenster hat man eine schöne Aussicht von dem 6 Stock nach Hannover.
Die gesamtmiete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Heizung, WLAN, usw.) und die Miete beträgt 450 Euros (für September) mit alles, auch alle Gemeinschaftsräume wie eine große Küche, Lernraum und TV Raum (Lobby) mit Billard Tisch, Tischfußball und Playstation.
Wöchentliche haben wir Umsonste Veranstaltungen wie Kochenabend, Grillen, Film Marathon oder Bierabend usw. (alles eingeschlossen).

Ich habe auch fast neues Geschirr (wie Teller, Tassen und Essbestecke), Töpfe, Mülleimer, Wäschekorb usw. und kann alles mit dem Wohnung abgeben.


I am currently looking for a new tenant for my apartment at The Fizz Hannover from the 1th of September (with flexible dates) to stay more or less a month (we can talk about it if you need to stay less or longer).

You can find supermaket, farmacy and a tram station within 2 minutes walking.

The apartment has 25 square meters, it is on the last floor (6th) and has its own kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a stove, microwave and a fridge and the bathroom has a very good glas shower cubicle.
Through the window you can have a nice view of Hannover from the 6th floor.
The rent has all costs inlcuded (energy, heating, Wifi, etc) and costs 450 euros (for the month of September) for everything, including the use of all shared areas, such as the big kitchen, study room and TV room (Lobby) with billiard table, table football and playstation.
Every week we have free events like cooking evening, barbecue, movie night or beer night etc (all included).
