Die Wohnung ist hell, hat einen tollen Holzboden und in der Küche Terazzo-Boden. Es gibt eine kleine Pantryküche und eine Badewanne.
Die Lage ist optimal. Die Südstadt ist ruhig, hier wohnen viele junge Familien. Es gibt es alles Wichtige direkt um die Ecke: Bäcker, Aldi, Rossmannn, Waschsalon, Friseure, Ärzte usw.
Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist ebenfalls direkt nebenan, von dort aus kommt ihr ratzfatz zum Aegi, in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof.
Ich ziehe sehr ungern aus dieser schönen Wohnung aus, mich zieht es aber jobbedingt in eine andere Stadt.
Über den Einzugstermin können wir gerne nochmal reden, ein paar Tage früher oder später sind kein Problem.
