Hallo ihr Lieben!
Da ich zwischen ca. 18.2. und 30.3. nicht in Heidelberg bin, würde ich meine Wohnung gern untervermieten. Auch eine Mietdauer für nur den März wäre für mich oke.
Ich suche nach einer vertrauenswürdigen Person, die respektvoll mit meiner Wohnung umgeht.
Ausgestattet ist meine Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Echkaus im 3.OG, an sich ist es super ruhig, obwohl man sich in Mitten des Geschehens aufhällt. Es gibt super Anbindungen überall hin. S-Bahn und Bus sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Nach Bars und Restaurants braucht man hier auch absolut nicht suchen... befindet sich alles vor der Tür.
