Ich suche ab dem 1.10.2019 bis ca zum 01.01.2020(es könnte eventuell verlängert werden) eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für eine gemütliche 1-Zimmer Wohnung in der schönen Heidelberger Altstadt. Bevorzugt sind Nichtraucher, da Altbau und im Haus das rauchen verboten ist.
Die Wohnung ist hell und möbliert (Bett, Regale, Schreibtisch, Couch, Sessel).
Die Bushaltestelle (33) ist in unmittelbarer Nähe , der Altstadt-Bahnhof ist 10 min entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, alle touristischen Attraktionen, sowie die Uni und viele Fakultäten befinden sich in der Nähe.
Sehr gut, um vor Ort eine Wohnung zu suchen, bei dem Wohnungsmarkt in Heidelberg auch sehr zu empfehlen.
Ins Neuenheimer Feld braucht man mit dem Fahrrad circa 20 min.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Mensa, sowie Bars und Restaurants sind unmittelbarer Nähe.

I'm renting out apartment from the 1.October 2019 to the 01.01.2020 (it could possibly be extended) at the beautiful oldtown of Heidelberg.
Bars, clubs, restaurants and the University are right on your doorstep, although the noise level is really acceptable.
The room is 25 sqm and furnished. You should be a clean person and non-smoker.
The bus connections to the main station are optimal.
Its perfect for searching apartments locally.
