Ich ziehe zum 1.2. aus meiner wunderschönen Altbau 1-Zimmer-Wohnung aus und suche nun einen Nachmieter.
Díe Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, hat hohe Wände und ein riesiges Fenster - ist somit sehr hell. Die Küche ist durch eine Wand vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt.
Ich habe 4 Jahre lang in der Wohnung gelebt und war sehr glücklich mit ihr. Ich hoffe, dass sich ein passender neuer Mieter findet und freue mich auf eure Mails.
Direkt an der Haltestelle Peterskirche und damit zentral gelegen. Zur Unibibliothek und Universitätsplatz ist sind es zwei Minuten Fußweg.
Wünschenswert wäre jemand, der lange in der Wohnung bleibt, Nichtraucher ist und nach Möglichkeit Student(in), der/die nicht allzu viel Krach macht :)
Für Besichtigungen hätte ich am Montag, den 21.01.2013 ab 17Uhr Zeit.
