Ich bin aus meinem Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim "Europahaus 1" ausgezogen. Mein Vertrag läuft allerdings noch bis Ende September. Ich suche daher einen Untermieter ab 7. Juli bis Ende September.
Es gibt eine Pantry-Küche mit Herd und Mikrowelle. Die Wohnung ist außerdem mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch u. -stuhl, Regal, Kleiderschrank, Esstisch und Stühlen, sowie einem Sofa ausgestattet.
Bei Bedarf kann ich auch gerne Küchenutensilien bereit stellen.
Das Haus hat einen Balkon, der von allen Bewohnern genutzt wird.
Eine Waschmaschine ist im Haus vorhanden. Man braucht einen Studentenausweis um die Waschmaschine zu benutzen. In der Regel helfen einem die anderen Mitbewohner jedoch mit ihrem Studiausweis aus, wenn man sie nett darum bittet ;)

I've moved out of my room in the student dorm "Europahaus 1". Since my contract expires at the end of September, I'm looking for a subletter for the time between July 7th and the end of September.
The apartment has everything you need: a small bathroom, a kitchenette, table and desk including chairs, a bed, wardrobe, shelves and a sofa. I can leave you kitchen utensils if necessary.
The building has a balcony, which is used by all residents.
There is a laundry machine. You need a student ID to pay for it. If you ask the neighbors nicely, they are going to help you out with a student ID.

Die Wohnung liegt in der malerischen Heidelberger Altstadt beim Uniplatz.
Viele Bars, Kneipen und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Bushaltestellen Marstallstraße und Uniplatz sind beide ebenfalls in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen.
The apartment is located in Heidelberg's marvelous Old Town, close to University Square.
There are many bars and restaurants nearby.
It's a two to three minute walk to the bus stops at Uniplatz and Marstallstraße.
Da es sich um ein Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim handelt, sind die Nebenkosten im Preis enthalten. WLAN wird mit den Nachbarn geteilt und kostet ca. 5-10 Euro im Monat.
The room is so incredibly inexpensive, because it is in a dorm. Electricity and water are included in the rent. Wifi can be shared with the neighbors and is about 5-10 € a month.
