Need quickly a tenant for my 1-bedroom apartment in the old town of Heidelberg. The apartment has 25 sqm, kitchenette with fridge and stove, shower, two large windows and basement. Ideal for student or students. Nice neighbors. I will be moving out in 1st November. I can show the apartment in October 11th & 12th October.

The location is unbeatable. It is situated between Rathaus and bergbahn. You can walk 2 min. to Uniplatz, not even 1 min to the Marktplatz, cafes, bars, restaurants just outside the front door. Only 1 minute walk to the Kornmarkt. The closest bus-stop is Rathaus-Bergbahn, just below the apartment. Even, grocery stores (ALDI) are just around the corner.
