I am renting for 3 months my current 1,5-room apartment of 35 qm. The apartment is in a very beautiful context of internal court with a garden, and this isolates it from the noise coming from the street. It is composed of a kitchen area, a bedroom area, bathroom with shower, and a big living room. The space is very well organized thanks to the presence of many shelves and drawers already present in the apartment. The apartment has a small terrace. Included is a bike parking area (not accessible from the street).
The total rent is 600 euros (550 + 50 NK). The apartment is unfurnished but there is the possibility to buy and keep the wardrobe (preferred choice - around 100 euros).
