1 person flat 100 meters away from Bismarckplatz.
I am letting go of a small apartment at the middle of the Heidelberg.
It has a really small kitchen at the entrance, a normal size bathroom and a room. The room at the moment has a high double bed which gives you some more space to place a sofa underneath it.
As I need to leave the flat in a rush, I would like to sell some of the furniture that it has for a low price.
The flat has a double high bed with a mattress, a desk with a chair, a sofa, a small minimal table with 2 chairs, a fridge, bathroom under sink cupboard. For all of this I am asking only 100 euros. And if you want to can keep some other stuff that I need to let go off, but thats only if you want them / need them (kitchen appliances, mirror, clothes hanger, etc).
Due to corona If you are interested I can send you a video of the place first, have a Skype, zoom, or WhatsApp video call and then come for a visit.
Its in an awesome location to reach either the Haupstraße or some minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof. You have a lot of options to get food, transports and supermarkets. The flat is on top of the Carré, and the window points to the parking place and the Aldi supermarket, its window is right on top of the back entrance of the Gallery. (Görtz coffee)
The place is very warm in winter, and in summer too, but I think that the location is simply awesome.
The desired moving date would be 1st of April, but there is a small chance that it could be available from the 15th of March. That is something to be confirmed.
