I am subletting my single flat!
IMPORTANT: ONLY FEMALE STUDENTS: YOU HAVE TO BE A MATRICULATED STUDENT.
The single flat is fully furnished plus it has one desk lamp, two mirrors, a chair in the balcony, and a floor lamp. It has its own kitchen and bathroom.
Located in INF 135 this dorm is almost next to the Neckar, so it is the best location because you are by the riverside in a few minutes.
Supermarket, ATM, INF mensa, Botanic garden are right around the corner. Altstadt is 15 mins away by bike.
PS: the rent is 306 euros plus there will be GEZ tax.

About the flat:
- Quite chill living arrangement.
- The flat has everything you need.
- I am subletting it because I am on a field-work for my MA thesis, so it is a limited contract but may be extended.
- It is really important for me that you keep it tidy and clean.
