Newly renovated flat consisting of a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. The flat is only a few meters away from the S-Bahn station Hirschhorn, from which you can reach Heidelberg main station in only 26 minutes.

The rooms are unfurnished. There is no built-in kitchen present - but on request, the landlord can purchase and rent it out (~50€ per month). A place for a washing machine is available in the basement. Furthermore, there is a shared garden, which is wonderful to relax from everyday life. The flat has a great view over the valley from the kitchen and the bedroom.

There is a supermarket and bakery within walking distance, as well as several restaurants, cafés and doctors.

The flat is ready for immediate move-in.
