The single-room apartment is based on the ground floor of the building INF683. It is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom in the room itself. The warm rent is 360€ every month along with 450€ as a security deposit before moving in. The room comes with 2 open cabinets, a working desk, a chair, a bed, an almirah, and a side table. The room is very spacious and the dorm is happening yet quiet.
About me: I am a Heidelberg University student, moving away for an internship until 31st July. Therefore, subletting my room.

Situated in a student housing estate on the Neuenheimer Feld campus, close to medical and scientific faculties, university hospitals, and a university sports institute with an Olympic training center and PH. Central canteen with Café Botanik, beer garden and internet café approx. 5 minutes walk. It is fully furnished. Has IP-TV and internet connection. There is a shared central laundromat in the settlement.
Important note: Since the dorm is offered by Studierendenwerk, the person subletting the place needs to have Uni Heidelberg enrollment to take over the lease for 6 months.
