1-Zimmer Wohnung, Neuenheimerfeld Heidleberg

Hallo,

Da ich in den Semesterferien nicht in Heidelberg bin, möchte ich meine tolles und komplett mobiliertes Zimmer fuer den Zeitraum vom 1. September bis 5. Oktober untervermieten.

Das Zimmer befindet sich im EG in einem Wohnheim. Das Wohnheim wird vom Studentenwerk HD verwaltet und liegt direkt am Neckar im Neuenheimer Feld. Es ist 22qm gross und komplett mobiliert. Ausserdem hat es eine Terrase, gut ausgestattete pantry Kueche und sonst alles was man so braucht.

Im Gesamtpreis enthalten sind alle Kosten incl. Internet.

Hello,

as I won't be here during the summer holidays, I am subletting my apartment at the dormitory in Neuenheimer Feld from 1. September to 5. Oktober 2013.

The dormitory is situated directly on the River Neckar. The apartment has everything in it and you don't have to share it. It has furniture, a bathroom and a pantry kitchen corner. Besides this, it also has a terrace to a green field from where you can reach Neckar in less than 2 minutes.

If you are looking something for a short time, it's a perfect place to stay. Bus stop is just around the corner and, you are actually at the center of the University campus. If you own a bike, there's even no need to depend on the bus, as you can just ride (or walk as well) along the Neckar to the heart of Heidelberg, voila!

Everything is included in the price.
