Es handelt sich um ein Einzelappartement (18-22qm) im Wohnheim, dh. eigenes Bad + Küchenzeile. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Regal, Tisch, Bürostuhl), sehr hell und befindet sich in der 5. Etage mit großem Gemeinschaftsbalkon (keine Sorge, im Gebäude gibt es 2 Fahrstühle). Die Gemeinschaftsküche (mit Backofen usw) und der Aufenthaltsraum dürfen mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist nichts besonderes, aber hat alles was man braucht und die Miete ist absolut unschlagbar: 190€/Monat.
Das Zimmer darf nur an jemanden untervermietet werden, der aktuell an der Universität Heidelberg eingeschrieben ist.
This is a single apartment (18-22 sqm) in the residence hall, i.e. it has its own bathroom + kitchen unit. The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, shelf, table, office chair), very bright and is located on the 5th floor with a large shared balcony (don't worry, there are 2 elevators in the building). The common kitchen (with oven etc.) and the lounge can also be used.
The apartment is nothing special, but it has everything you need and the rent is absolutely unbeatable: 190€/month.
The room can only be offered to someone who is currently registered at Heidelberg University.
Das Gebäude liegt ganz hinten im Neuenheimer Feld, beim Freibad (4Min zu Fuß) und den Sportanlagen (4Min mit dem Fahrrad).
Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich quasi direkt vor dem Haus (200m Fußweg), alle 10 Minuten kommt die 31 bzw. 32. In der Altstadt ist man mit dem Rad in max. 15Min. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist das Mathematikon (5Min mit dem Fahrrad). Ein Waschsalon befindet sich im Nebengebäude.
The building is located at the very back of the Neuenheimer Feld, near the outdoor swimming pool (4min walk) and the sports facilities (4min by bike).
The bus stop is located directly in front of the building (200m walk), every 10 minutes the 31 or 32 bus comes. You can reach the old town by bike in max. 15min. The next shopping possibility is the Mathematikon (5min by bike). There is a washing salon in the building next door.
