Während meines Auslandssemesters vermiete ich mein Zimmer im Wohnheim INF135. Ich lasse die grobe Ausstattung des Zimmers dort (Küchenutensilien, Stuhl, Lampen, Teppich, Haushaltsgeräte) und entferne alle persönlichen Gegenstände. Wenn sich ein Mieter vor meiner Abreise findet, können wir eine individuelle Übereinkunft ausmachen, was ich hier lasse und was nicht! Hier ist es nicht laut, die Wände sind super dick, daher hört man nichts von anderen Bewohnern.

During my semester abroad I rent out my room in the dormitory INF135. I will leave the rough equipment of the room there (kitchen utensils, chair, lamps, carpet, household appliances) and remove all personal belongings. If a tenant can be found before I leave, we can work out an individual agreement on what I leave here and what I don't! It is not noisy here, the walls are super thick, so you do not hear anything from other residents.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nach an Mensa und an der Haltestelle "Campus Im Neuenheimer Feld" und über den Wehrsteg ist man auch sehr schnell am Bahnhof oder der Bahnstadt.
The apartment is very close to Mensa and the bus stop "Campus Im Neuenheimer Feld" and via the Wehrsteg you can also reach the train station or the Bahnstadt very quickly.

Nur an Nichtraucher.
Ich lasse die Wohnung voll möbliert, sodass, falls du ein Auslandssemester machst, kein Equipment kaufen musst! Daher die Kaution, die zum einen die Kaution der Wohnung, als auch der Gegenstände abdeckt.
Unter anderem lasse ich dort: Staubsauger, Wischmopp, Ofen, Töpfe (keine Pfanne!), Wasserkocher, Decken.
Nicht enthalten: Pfanne, Handtücher, Bettwäsche
