Schöne, ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung / Beautiful, quiet 1-bedroom apartment in Prenzlauer Berg/Pankow

Da wir für fast 5 Wochen nach Australien reisen, möchten wir gerne unsere wunderschöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist 55 m2 groß und hat einen riesen Balkon (schade das Winter ist ;) ). Wir haben eine Küche mit Frühstückstisch und allen Geräten und Utensilien, die man so braucht, inklusive einer Spülmaschine. Im Wohnzimmer gibts eine große gemütliche Couch, einen Esstisch und einen Fernseher und im Schlafzimmer ein großes Bett. Ein Badezimmer gibts natürlich auch (mit Dusche).
Die Wohnung ist zwischen dem S-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee und dem U-Bahnhof Vinetastr. (beides 5 min zu Fuß) in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Gegend ist super und alles was man braucht ist in der Nähe - Supermärkte, viele Geschäfte, die Schönhauser Alle Arcaden, Spätis und tolle Restaurants und umsonst parken kann man auch.

Wir würden die Wohnung gerne für den gesamten Zeitraum vermieten.

Since we are travelling to Australia for almost 5 weeks we would like to sublet our beautiful 1-bedroom apartment during this time.
The apartment is 55 m2 big and has a huge balcony (unfortunately it's winter ;) ). We have a kitchen with table for breakfasts and all appliances and utensils that you might need, including a dishwasher. The living room has a big couch, a dining table and a TV and there's a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bathroom has a shower.
It's in between S-Bahnhof Schönhauser Allee and U-Bahnhof Vinetastr. (both 5 min walk) in a quiet side street. The area is great and there's lots to do around here. We've got lots of supermarkets, shops, spätis and great restaurants all in walking distance. You can also park for free in our street.

We are only renting the flat for the whole duration and you must be able to pay the bond.
