Ich suche für meine 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung in Rohrbach eine Zwischenmieterin für den Zeitraum August-September. Diese gemütliche Wohnung ist die perfekte Größe für eine Einzelperson, mit einem großen Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmer und einem Wohnzimmer/Küche, einem kleinen Flur, Bad mit Dusche, und im Keller eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche hat Ofen und Kühlschrank, und kann nach Wünsch ausgestattet bleiben. Im Flur ist ein eingebaute Schrank und im Bad ist der Platz auch mit Regale gut ausgenutzt. Durch die drei Fenster ist die Wohnung schön hell.
I am looking for a subletter for my apartment from Sept-August. This pleasant little apartment is perfect for a single person. There is one large room for sleeping with a good work space as well, a living room/kitchen, a small entryway, bathroom with a shower, and a basement where the washing machine lives. In the kitchen is a full oven and a small fridge, and if you so desire I can leave kitchen utensils for you to use. The small space is used well, with a built-in cupboard in the entryway and plenty of shelves in the bathroom. The three windows keep the place well lit throughout the day.
Die Lage ist super, mitten in Rohrbach: es sind nur 1-2 Minute zur Haltestelle Eichendorfplatz, damit man mit der Straßenbahn in ca. 10 Minuten am Bismarckplatz oder Hbf ist. 5 Minute zu Fuß gibt's ein Penny, 10 Minute zum großen Rewe/dm/Aldi/Lidl. Trotzdem ist die Gegend ruhig und man kann in 5 Minuten zu Fuß schon im Wald sein. Mit dem Fahrrad, welches ich zur Verfügung stellen könnte, sind es ca. 15 Minuten in die Altstadt.
The location is great, in the middle of Rohrbach: the tram stop Eichendorfplatz is 1-2 minutes away, and from there you are at Bismarckplatz or the train station in about 10 minutes. There is a small grocery store in a 5 minute walk, and a group of larger grocery and drugstores (Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, dm) 10 minutes away. But the area is nice and quiet, and you can be in the woods for a walk in 5 minutes. By bike, which I can make available, you can be in the Altstadt in about 15 minutes.
Bei den Nebenkosten ist Strom mitgerechnet, dazu kommt noch Internet/Telefon für 20 EUR im Monat.

Electric is included in the cost of rent. Beyond that there is only internet/phone, for 20 Euro a month.
