Hey Leute,
mein Name ist Jana. Da ich umziehe, ist das Zimmer ab dem 01.04.14 zu haben.
Das Zimmer ist hell und man hat einen tollen Blick über die Weststadt.
Bad und Küche teilt man noch mit vier weiteren Studenten. Jedoch wohnt man alleine, da man die anderen kaum sieht.
Ein Waschbecken ist noch mit im Zimmer.
WLAN teilt man mit den Leuten der Etage. Zu den 208 Euro kommen noch die WLAN- Kosten hinzu, sind jedoch sehr gering.
Die Lage ist top! Sowohl S-Bahn, als auch zur Straßenbahn sind zu Fuß 2 Minuten.
In die Altstadt braucht man 7 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schenll erreichbar. Die Bäckerei ist gegenüber.
Über Anrufe freue ich mich. Ich bin über das Handy erreichbar.
